Hello, Gonzales North Avenue families! My name is Bethany King, and I am thrilled to serve as your school counselor for 3rd-5th grade students. This is my first year as a counselor, following 14 wonderful years as a teacher.

I am especially excited to be giving back to the community that has shaped me. I was born and raised here in Gonzales, Texas, and feel incredibly fortunate to work with the amazing students and families in my hometown.

My husband and I are proud parents of two sons who are also part of Gonzales ISD, currently in 1st and 3rd grades. Our family loves being part of this vibrant community, and I look forward to building strong partnerships to support our students’ growth and success.
