Dr. Dana Arreola leads Gonzales ISD with a focus on servant leadership, collaboration, and student-centered growth. Guided by the district motto, “Every Staff Member, Every Student, Every Mile,” and the mantra, “GISD Rides Together,” she works each day to empower staff, strengthen instruction, and foster a supportive learning environment where students can thrive.
Her vision for Gonzales ISD centers on high-quality instruction, equitable opportunities for all students, and the effective use of district resources through streamlined systems and operational efficiency. She prioritizes student achievement, safe and welcoming learning environments, professional learning, and meaningful community engagement.
