Gonzales ISD's Financial Services Department
The Financial Services Department is responsible for overseeing the financial management practices of the district. Their overall goal is to ensure the district’s financial responsibilities are met and that policies adopted by the Board of Trustees are executed efficiently.
This team ensures that the budget, finance, and business operations align with the district’s objectives and support the instructional program. They maintain accurate accounting procedures for recording all monetary transactions, including cash receipts and disbursements across various funds. They have oversight over all financial areas in the district including:

- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Activity Accounts
- Budget
- Cash Management
- Purchasing
- Payroll
