Mrs. Amanda Grahmann
Hello, my name is Amanda Grahmann. I am the gifted and talented teacher at Gonzales Primary Academy, East Avenue, and Gonzales Elementary, and I love it very, very much! It is my goal to teach my students to love learning so that they become lifelong learners.
I graduated from Gonzales High School in 2000 and attended Texas Lutheran University. I graduated from TLU in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree (psychology major/economics minor). I received my teacher certification in 2008 from TLU. I received my G/T certification in 2010 and my ESL certification in 2014. I have also served on several committees both on the district and campus levels.
I live here in Gonzales with my husband Derek, and we enjoy spoiling all of our “babies”— three dogs (Lacee, Libby, and Wrigley), two cats (Possum and Kirby), and one fish (Lewie).

Gifted/Talented Testing Referrals
Gonzales Elementary will be accepting referral forms for gifted and talented testing for 3rd and 4th grade students from Monday, August 27 through Friday, September 21, 2018. Referral forms may be printed from the GISD website or picked up at the GE office.
