My name is Sandra Brown. I am a lifelong Gonzales resident and a proud graduate of Gonzales High School. Immediately after high school graduation, I focused on college. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Education from Texas Lutheran College and began my educational career. After some awesome years in the classroom, I decided to enter graduate school. I continued to work full time and I studied at night and on weekends. I earned my master’s degree from The University of Houston – Victoria.
I always wanted to be an educator. I consider it my calling and my passion. Working with students gives me joy and I always strive to do my very best to make a positive impact on their lives, no matter the educational capacity.
My role is school counselor, with my time divided between Gonzales Primary Academy and Gonzales High School. I am excited to be a part of both of these wonderful campuses.
I am honored and humbled to be a part of your children’s educational journey. Together, we can meet your children where they are; unlock their individual potential; and “grow greatness” within each of them.
