GISD Strategic Planning Committee for the Gonzales ISD's #GrowingGreatnessPromise
During the Gonzales ISD Strategic Planning process, the 76-member committee developed additional metrics important to this community. This community-driven Strategic Plan sets a new 5-year direction for Gonzales ISD. While state testing remains an important measurement, it is just one of many measurable indicators. Our Strategic Plan Apaches Scorecard will demonstrate that there is much more involved than one standardized test when it comes to truly measuring high-quality education, excellence, and student success.
In December of 2022, the GISD Board of Trustees approved the framework for the 2022-2027 strategic plan which includes our mission, vision, beliefs and priorities. The progress will be available on the district's scorecard. The scorecard is created collaboratively and will be updated frequently.
